Registration
Grade Levels
Religious Education and Teen RCIA are religious programs geared to provide faith formation and sacramental preparation to children at a grade level.
Religious Education is held for children grades 1 - 8 and Teen RCIA is held for children grades 9 - 12.
When registering, please keep in mind the grade level of your child.

1. Completed Registration Form

2. Baptism Certificate (or birth certificate for children preparing for baptism)
3. Certificates of all Sacraments previously recieved (If recieved at another Parish)
Registration Dates and Times
Registration for Religious Education and Teen RCIA is now closed. Registration for the Fall 2010 school year will be held in the Church Basement on the following dates:
September 5, 2010 11am-12pm
September 12, 2010 11am-12pm
Registration Fees
The fee for Religious Education and Teen RCIA is $25 per child due at the time of registration.
