New Jersey: Camden - Camden Churches Organized for People is looking for the ugliest house in the Cramer Hill neighborhood to call attention to the persistent problem of abandoned homes in a city that ranks as one of the USA's poorest.  Ballots featuring 13 apparently abandoned structures have been distributed to churches and a community development organization.
