Franciscan Volunteer Day of Service
Josh Dupuis is a Franciscan Volunteer Minister at St. Anthony of Padua. He's served here in the FVM program since August 2010 and hopes to spend a second year of service at St. Anthony's as an FVM. He's donating a day of service including yard work, landscaping, painting, and other household/outdoors projects. Josh is working with volunteers to continue the community gardening project at St. Anthony's.
Sculptures by John Kostopoulos
John Kostopoulos was born raised and educated in Athens, Greece and received his B.A. and M.A in Business Administration in the U.S.A. Both of his parents were musicians but he pursued a carrier in Political Science and banking, however, is first love is in the arts. He is an accomplished photographer, painter,sculptor and a model builder of old ships. When he retired from a career in finance, he moved with his wife to L.B.I. and became an active member of the community. He continued to cultivate his interest and love for the arts. These two sculptures are representative of his artistic expression.

Aileen Barbato is a self taught artist who recently moved to Long Beach Island, NJ and is a member of St. Francis of Assisi parish. She enjoys photographing the island in its vast and varied beauty. She has worked in Watercolor and Charcoal and is currently receiving instruction in Oil Painting at the Long Beach Island Foundation for the Arts and Sciences.
