Most of the people in modern time would book a taxi to get to their destination faster because they don’t have much time to waste using public transport. Many would think about hiring a limo taxi service in PPF every time that they are going to have a meeting with the client to avoid being late and haggard. It could be a bit of a waste of money for those people who are trying to save more money or those with have a very small amount of salary monthly. They would prefer to be on a heavy traffic as long as they would not pay too much money which is sometimes triple or five times the normal fare.  

We can’t deny the fact that even most of the students nowadays would spend more on getting a taxi just to be on time for their school and avoid traffics. The same thing with the way you will get to the airport as you need to get a taxi in order for you not to be late with your flight. Others are very afraid of getting wet during the rainy season so they would prefer to spend much money on taking a taxi that having themselves wet on rainy days. But there are chances that instead of having a good service, we tend to experience worst scenarios and that is because of taking the wrong type of taxi and drivers.  

We listed here some of the customer and client’s expectations when it comes to taking and hiring a taxi service for their trip or going to work and also, schools.  

TAXI SERVICE SHOULD BE ON TIME AND MUST BE A RELIABLE ONE: 

It is nice that you book a taxi in advance then they should be on time to pick you up as they need to know that time is precious. Some taxi drivers would not care for this one as long as they could pick the passengers which is a very wrong concept or idea and should not be tolerated 

BEING POLITE AND RESPECTFUL TO THE PASSENGERS OR CUSTOMERS ALL THE TIME: 

All the drivers should be respectful especially to their clients and passengers as they are the one that gives you the money and they didn’t do anything bad to you. Whenever you are asking them something, then you should ask them in a polite way no matter how terrible the passenger is, you need to show respect to the customer.  

HAVING A CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE SEATS INSIDE THE TAXI: 

Passengers would expect a good and convenient trip with your car. You should clean it every day and make sure that it doesn’t have a foul odor inside like the smoke from the cigarettes.  

ASKING FOR A REASONABLE PRICE ONLY:  

Avoid asking too much price or money from the passengers as they could complain you to the highest department. People would not trust you anymore.  

HAVE ENOUGH KNOWLEDGE ABOUT THE DIFFERENT ROUTES AND WAYS:  

It is the responsibility of the drivers to know more on the shortcuts and the different routes to give a convenient ride to the passengers.
